LAYING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PAVING TILES 25 MM THICK :-
1) Place the tiles/blocks on base morter/material. Tap gently and uniformly with a rubber/wooden grip covered with cloth to obtain perfect levels.
2) Thickness of bedding material is to be adjusted considering the thickness variation of tiles to maintain the final level.
3) Use the granite cutting machine for cutting the end portion of the tiles for perfect edges.
4) Clean the surface of the tile with clean water wet sponge immediately after laying. Ensure that the base mortar cement which squeezes through joints does not settle on the tile.
5) Water used for cleaning should not be salty or hard.
6) It is suggested to leave a fine gap all round the tile for better fitting.
7) Do not the use area laid for 48 hours.
8) Wash the surface with soap water or mild detergent to obtain a clean surface.
LAYING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PAVING BLOCKS 60 MM THICK :-
1) Prepare a solid base removing the block soil with heavy compaction with rolling. Prepare a photo frame using brick wall or curbstone to give retaining support form all sides.
2) Consider the margin as follows while maintaining the actual floor level:
50 mm paver thickness + 40 mm bedding material = 90 mm
3) Spread the bedding material at least 1.5” thick in the proper level with leveling instrument.
4) Interlock the pavers as per the design and colors. And fill the joint with pure sand.

Desired Site conditions before laying tiles / blocks
A) Total site should be ready in all respects before laying the Blocks/Tiles i.e. duly completing Base leveling, slopping, rolling, and fixing curbing stone or brick wall for support of paving tiles/blocks at the end edges if required.
B) Raising of chambers, laying drainage, sanitary, electricity lines. Complete marble/Natural stone polishing, Painting of ceiling – verandahs.
C) Fixing and polishing of windows, doors, and gates or other cementing work.
D) Little precautions and maintenance measures will enhance life and beauty to your site.
E) Avoid Stacking / loading of steel, iron, or other heavy material on the laid area.
F) Do not apply point loads.
G) Remove – Greece, oil, tyre marks to keep the surface clean it can be easily removed by detergent/soap water.
H) Efflorescence world over, shade variation and efflorescence is an inherent feature of all tiles due to constraints in water, cement & pigment technology. This is in no way detriment to the performance of the material and responsibility cannot be accepted for its occurrence.
